The IncluEdu-Project developped a meaningful taxonomy of key competences clustered in three main competence pillars and then several competence areas. This competence map forms the reference system for the development of the IncluEdu Education Programme. Each pillar comes with an accompanying competence grid, that further defines a broad framework of desired competences for education organisations that want to become more inclusive.
