Quality Guideline for customised courses

IncluEdu partners are committed to a high level of quality and to its continuous development. Each partner makes use of agreed IncluEdu processes and instruments of quality management, which are defined, ready and easy to use with high relevance, and accepted in practice. An orientation along the needs of the participants implies that each partner needs to regularly, latest every two years, reflect on the impact of this orientation on own processes.
