We have been studying human biology. This subject is full of different concepts that can be difficult to understand. In order to understand for example how human body works, you need to know the essential concepts and understand them. We wanted that students create their own material of certain subjects like senses and muscles. This time it was not writing but more practicing ogical thinking and finding different concepts and understanding links between different issues.

Students were able to choose betwen two apps called Comic Book and Popplet. Both apps enable creative learning and producing own material. Pupils were taking pictures: they went out for example and took a picture of snow in hand. This described that skin senses could. Specially in the last classes of the schoolday pupils can be a little bit restless, so this moving helps them to concentrate. Pupils worked in pairs or individually, as they wished. We teachers were going around the class and guiding them, helping if needed.

Pupils were able to proceed at their own pace and they got the feeling of understanding complicated concepts.
